At Spa La Posada our experienced technicians have unique skills and
techniques and we encourage you to try each individual.

Client Age Policy
• We observe an adult oriented atmosphere for our clients. Children 12
and up are welcome in the spa when booked for services. Please no
children under 12 allowed. We are unable to provide services to guests
accompanied by children. We will be happy to re-schedule your service if
this is not possible. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
Punctuality
• Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all
reservations. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to all facial, body
and massage services, so that you may change, relax, and receive the
full benefit of your reservation time. Any client arriving 15 minutes past
the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule.
Cancellations
• A credit card is required to secure your appointment on Thursdays,
Fridays and Saturdays.
*Please allow 24 hour notice for cancellations. Any appointments
cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to
the total cost for the services requested.
Quiet Environment
• As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of
conversation. Cell phones, children, and pagers are not permitted.
Gratuity
• We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa
professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for spa
treatments is 15% - 20%.
Gift Certificates
• Gift Certificates are available for all Spa LaPosada services. They are
not redeemable if lost of stolen. If you are a recipient of a donated or
auctioned Gift Certificate, please give our receptionist the certificate
number to book your appointment. Donation certificates are non-
transferable and their expiration dates may not be changed or extended.
Gift Cards
• Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount or for specific services or
packages. Complimentary packaging is available. Gift Cards may be
purchased in person, by phone or online at www.spalaposada.com.
Special delivery and mailing are also available. Buy Gift cards
Valuables
• For your protection please keep valuables with you during your
appointment. On spa days, please leave your jewelry at home. We are
not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, nor are we responsible
for damage to personal belongings, such as clothing or accessories.
Medical Conditions
• Please notify our spa staff before booking you treatments if you have
high blood pressure or allergies. Please advise us of other physical
challenges you may have or if you are pregnant. All spa guests will be
asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with
your well-being in mind.
Party Bookings
Spa LaPosada can host your company/executive parties, wedding and
baby showers, birthday parties and fund raisers. More info.
